Do I get access to all the programs or do I have to choose just one?
You get access to all the programs we have inside the app. This includes our 3 Ongoing calendars (Strength & Conditioning, Full Body Aesthetics, and Powerbuilding) as well as all of our one off programs that range from 6-12 weeks inside the plans tab. Right now we have between 12-15 in there at any given time.
Where should I start?
Over 70% of our users follow the Full Body Aesthetics program exclusively. So we always recommend starting there! It is also the one program that is responsible for the most transformations, so you really can not go wrong!
What kind of equipment will I need for these programs?
For 90% of our programs, you will need a barbell, plates, dumbbells, squat rack, pull-up bar, and a bench. If we do ever program machines or cables there is always an alternative movement that you can swap it out for.
Do you have bodyweight only workouts?
We do have bodyweight ebooks that you can access inside in the app, but we do not have specialize in bodyweight programs as we know that those kinds of programs do not provide the best results for our clients. To truly transform your body, you need progressive overload that can only come from using weights.
Do you have dumbbell only workouts?
Yes, we do have a dumbbell only program inside our plans section. It is 12 weeks long and it is a perfect starter program to set you up for one of our more advanced full body or other body part split programs!
